This is the craziest thing i have ever heard, a colleague of mine was
coming to work today and said he was smiling on his way to work when all
of a sudden a police officer stopped him and asked him why he was
smiling and he told him nothing, the policeman did not let it stop there
but went further to tell my colleague to open his back pack because its
unusual for him to be smiling.
When did it become a crime to smile? the funny part of the whole story
was that when he found him clean, he began to harrass him for money for
the weekend, he was been harassed until he brought out his office id
card before he was allowed to go. smh.
